Citywaxx operates by appointment only, however we do our best to accommodate last-minute and walk-in appointments. We just ask that you check via the online booking system to verify appointment availability before doing so. We require ALL appointments to be booked online through our Booksy booking system.
In order to RESERVE your appointment, a valid credit card will be needed. Your card WILL NOT be charged at this time. It is only needed to reserve your appointment. Once the service is complete, you can pay with whatever tender you prefer.
Prior to arrival for your Brazilian wax service please read the instructions on How To Prepare For A Brazilian wax in order to make the most of your service. All NEW clients will need to fill out a client waiver form before services will be rendered.
In the event of a No Call/ No Show, your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We understand that things come up however, we do ask that you are thoughtful when scheduling your appointments. We are not able to fill no-show appointments and our waxing specialists have bills to pay same as you do, so please have consideration for their time.
If your service was booked with a GROUPON, and you no call/no show, your Groupon WILL be redeemed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
We strive to provide a personalized experience to all our clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that our clients cancel 12 hours in advance so that your Wax Technician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client. Cancellations that occur on the day of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
Due to the nature of the service and the intimate areas of the body accessed during these services, Citywaxx maintains a strict and professional policy regarding appropriate behavior by Clients during such service visits. Should the Client, at any time, act in a way that is deemed inappropriate by Citywaxx and its staff, or that may cause any staff member to become in any way uncomfortable proceeding with the visit, the visit will be terminated immediately and payment for the service in full must be paid, regardless of the current stage of hair removal so far completed at the time of termination.
Any gross misconduct by a Client may also incur additional repercussions including future refusal of services at Citywaxx, and reporting of incidents to the Police Department if warranted. We appreciate all clients understanding, cooperation, and participation in these policies as our Wax Technicians work to provide the very best in professional esthetic hair removal services to our valued male clients.
Services may not be rendered to persons under the age of 18 without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proper identification is required for both parties.
Any type of check (personal, business or otherwise) is not accepted as a form of payment.
All product sales are final, no refunds or returns are accepted. Wax packages are non-refundable and non transferable
We do not share, rent, or sell any information collected with third parties. We use your information for our use only and for the purposes of providing service.
Services are a base price and are subject to a change without notice. There is also a 6% sales tax on all services and products.
